Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policies:

Exchange policy

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged product upon arrival, it is then eligible for Free Replacement under the below conditions:

1. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, unaltered and unworn. Products that have been used or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for exchange
2. The exchange will be for the exact same item and options
3. The exchange does not provide refunds

4. You should contact us within 5 days after receiving the order. After 5 days of receiving the items, buyers can no longer request replacement. The arrival date is defined by the day the order status is updated to "Delivered" on the tracking page
5. The exchange request process must be initiated by emailing us via our Contact page form within 5 days of product receipt. The date of the email for exchange request will be used as the reference against the delivery date to confirm the time. In your email request you should mention your order number and your order email address. The return address will be emailed to you in our response
6. If you are approved for exchanging once your return is received and inspected, we will then ship a replacement and send you the confirmation

Cancellation policy

Because we process our orders at the warehouse at the end of every day, if you want to cancel an order or an item in an order you have just placed, please notify us via our Contact page form within 12 hours from purchasing time. Your cancellation request couldn't be processed in the case you contact us for a later than this. The date of the email for cancellation request will be used as the reference against the order date to confirm the time. 
If you contact us within the 12 hours from purchasing time we will then cancel the item and proceed to full refund of the payment made for this item.

Money Back Guarantee policy

To claim the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for our Portable Beauty Mask please follow the instructions below:

1. Before using the mask take 3 High-resolution Photos, one facing the camera and two from each side of your face
2. Use correctly the mask as instructed
3. Use the mask for at least 3 weeks and 3 treatments per week
4. If you feel there are no noticeable results after using the mask as described above, take 3 new High-resolution Photos, one facing the camera and two from each side of your face. Also take 2 High-resolution photos of the used mask one of the front and one of the back
5. Send us the 8 photos along with the order number and the order email at moneyback@injoymark.com
6. All photos must have valid time and date stamps
7. The email request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your mask. The arrival date is defined by the day the order status is updated to "Delivered" on the tracking page. The date of your request email will be used as the reference against the delivery date to confirm the time
8. We will then email you our response with the return address if your request is approved
9. The used mask should be returned to the provided address within 5 days from the date our email response has been sent
10. The used mask should be returned in its original packaging via a traceable shipping
11. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Claimant
Once the return has been received and processed you will receive our email confirmation and the full purchased price will be refunded to you. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the above conditions will not be refunded.
