Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policies:


An order cancellation request must be done WITHIN 6 HOURS upon the purchase, via our Contact page. All orders are final after 6 hours of purchase. The date of the email for cancellation request will be used as the reference against the order date to confirm the time.
When customer contact us within the 6 hours from purchasing time we will then cancel the item and proceed to full refund of the payment made for this item.
Please note that the time taken for payment services to provide the refund can vary depending on the provider.


Every customer should check and examine his orders UPON DELIVERED. In the unlikely event the customer receive faulty or damaged product, or if he simply isn't happy with it, the item is then eligible for new Replacement or the Money Back under the below conditions:

1. Customer should contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS after receiving the order. After 3 days of receiving the items, customer can no longer request Exchange or Money Back refund. The arrival date and time is defined by the day the order status is updated to "Delivered" on the tracking page
2. The shipping costs of return are at the charge of customer unless the item delivered is damaged or faulty
3. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or refund
4. The exchange or refund request process must be initiated by emailing us via our Contact page. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The date of the email request will be used as the reference against the delivery date to confirm the time
5. In the email request customer should mention the order number and the order email address, also each item for which the exchange or refund is requested MUST BE PHOTOGRAPHED in high resolution and the photos must be included within the email
6. After receiving the exchange or refund email request we will then email our response to the customer with the appropriate return address if the request is approved
7. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of his request
8. If an exchange request is approved we will send a new replacement for the exact same item and options
9. If a refund request is approved the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment


While we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that occur during the shipment process, we want to ensure you do receive the products you ordered.
In the unlikely rare case you believe your package has been lost after more than 30 days of shipping date, please review your tracking information and contact the postal carrier to request an investigation into the whereabouts of your order.
If the investigation feedback from the postal carrier still doesn't give a result, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to determine whether the parcel is lost in transit or still en route.
If the package can't be found within 10 business days after our claim, we will issue another shipment for your purchase.
