CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL EVEN WITHOUT HAVING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Absolutely! You don't need to have a Paypal account or to register a new one. Just enter your credit card's information directly at PayPal gateway under "PayPal Guest Checkout" and complete your payment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
The processing time takes about 2 working days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which contains your tracking number.
Please allow additional 1 to 2 working days for the tracking information to update.

HOW CAN I MODIFY A SHIPPING INFORMATION OF AN ORDER ALREADY MADE?
You can edit your order shipping information during the first 12 hours from the purchasing time. To make a change please contact us via our Contact page form with the right information.
After 12 hours, unfortunately we can't guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping information. We can NOT be liable for orders where the customer has entered the wrong shipping information during checkout. Therefore, please double check your order receipt to ensure the details you entered during checkout are correct.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can cancel your order, but ONLY during the first 12 hours after placing order. For more information please check our Return & Refund Policy

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you do not receive the email confirmation for your order may be it is simply because we did not receive a payment from you. If you’re sure that you have finalized your order, kindly re-check your emails to see if it was sent there. If you still cannot find it, you may have provided us with a different email or you have entered your email incorrectly. Please contact us for queries. We will certainly assist you once we have the right info and details.

WHY HAVE YOU CANCELED MY ORDER AND RETURNED THE MONEY?
Your order may have been canceled for different reasons. Most common reasons are: Because our anti-fraud system has detected your purchase as very suspicious and you have not responded to the data required to verify your identity. Or because we can not process the order you requested.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Our products are shipped from fulfillment warehouses, currently we have warehouses in USA, China and upcoming in Europe. Orders will be shipped from the nearest/fastest warehouse location to the specified shipping address.

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The shipping time consists of two sections:
Processing Time: Verification of order details, quality checks and packaging. Orders are usually dispatched from warehouse within 2 working days after the order is placed and the payment is received.
Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch, this will on average arrive:
- For items shipped to USA, Canada, Australia and main EU countries: between 6 to 9 business days
- For items shipped to other countries: between 10 to 15 business days depending on the country

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?
In the majority of cases you will not have to pay customs, however, InjoyMark is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that might be applied to the parcel in some countries upon arrival. All fees incurred on the shipment are the responsibilities of the buyer.
